Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom or Made-to-order items: Please allow 5–25 business days for your unique item to be handcrafted and finished before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–23 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Combined Shipping

If you purchase multiple items in a single transaction, we are happy to offer combined shipping to reduce your costs. The total shipping price will be automatically adjusted at checkout, or you may contact us directly for a custom invoice.

5. Packaging & Damages

Every item is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work toward a satisfactory solution.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
